Caritas Felices Child Development Center is a year-round program open Monday through Friday 24 hours and Saturday until 3pm, serving children ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten entrance. The center operates in a manner responsive to the current and changing needs of the community and offers full time and part time care.
Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided as part of the program so there is no additional cost

Caritas Felices Child Development Center is committed to implementing a non-negotiable positive guidance policy for the best interest of children. Staff must sign an acknowledgment of understanding and compliance with these policies before employment. Continuous support and training are provided, but failure to adhere to these policies may result in termination.
Positive Guidance & Redirection
We view adverse behaviors as opportunities to promote more socially acceptable skills. Staff members use appropriate strategies to guide children to recognize, manage and learn from their behaviors as well as express their
emotions in positive, non-threatening and productive ways.
